Becoming a vendor in 2024

The Saturday Market has been popular with customers and vendors since it started in 2010.  A lot of people want to sell at the market, but we don't often have openings.  We have added new vendors in the past five years, and every year we introduce one or two new sellers.  If you are interested in being considered as a market vendor, then visit the market this season and see firsthand what products we are already selling.  We are a producer, grower, maker market and our focus is on being a "farmers market."  This year we will have an information sheet at our Saturday Market tent, which you can fill out to explain what you would like to sell.  We are limited by available space, and not every product is a good fit for us.  

Tulip time in Tennessee

It's almost tulip time in Tennessee, and we have our own tulip growers right here in Rutherford County.  Erin and Tara Mcintosh, Mcintosh Field and Flower, will be back as full-time vendors this year at the Saturday Market.  But, before Valentine's Day, their fields will be filled with a variety of tulips.  They have planted 13,000 tulips in crates in their new walk-in cooler and a few thousand outside in the field.  They will be selling in businesses around town, but they also offer CSA, Community Support Agriculture subscriptions through their website for weekly bouquets.  Facebook:  Mcintosh Field & Flower.  

Welcome new full time vendors.

This season we are excited that these vendors will be joining the Saturday Market lineup full time.  They have sold with us as part-time vendors from one to four seasons, and we are delighted they are joining as full-time vendors on May 4.  Welcome to Keaton & Ashley, Candles By a Dad; Elaine & Trey, Here's Your Sign Shop; Jake, Natural Bites Pet Food & Treats; Melissa, M3D Prints, Erin and Tara, Mcintosh Field & Flower; Meghan, Quinntessential Creatives (for pets); Dr. Song & students, MTSU Small Farm; Ace, Wilson Family Farm.  Also joining as an expanded part-time vendor are Trinity & Dustin, Litle Owl Craft Co.

HPA Farms, The Hamery, TN Beanman, and other vendors are at The Winter Market at The Hamery on Saturdays from 8-11am.  

The folks at Panther Creek Brews have invited vendors again this winter to sell on February 3 & 10.  You can see TN Beanman and Rita's Sweet Shop on these Saturday afternoons.  Text ahead to pre-order bread and rolls from Molly's Sweet Shop at 931-212-4131.  

Market opens first Saturday in May.

Make your plans now to attend the opening day of the Saturday Market on May 4 from 8:00am to Noon around the Historic Rutherford County Courthouse in downtown Murfreesboro.  Over 75 vendors from Middle TN. will be set up to sell their products and grown produce.  Dogs are welcome but please leash them and clean up after your furry friends!

Walk around the historic downtown and visit the many unique shops and dining establishments open to serve attendees each Saturday morning!
