Where Local Dreams Come to Life: Veda's Flowers
Main Street Murfreesboro’s journalism intern recently sat down with Rhonda Hingst, co-owner of Veda’s Flowers, to share the story behind one of downtown’s cherished floral shops.
Rhonda and her sister, Kim Reynolds, oversee daily operations alongside full-time floral designer Mindy Whittington, creating custom floral arrangements for weddings, celebrations, and life’s meaningful moments.
Veda’s Flowers was founded by Pat, daughter of Veda Conner, and the shop continues to reflect the spirit and values of the woman whose name it proudly bears. With more than 20 years of experience, Pat and her daughters built a business rooted in family, creativity, and service to the Murfreesboro community. Following Pat’s recent passing, her legacy lives on through Rhonda, Kim, and the team, who continue to serve downtown with the same care and dedication she inspired.
Located on the Murfreesboro historic Square, Veda’s Flowers remains a place where tradition, artistry, and community come together.
