Some like it hot--and others not so much

"Make us your downtown destination for fresh, local, and wonderful."

That saying about liking it hot applies to weather and peppers. Whether you make salsa, chili, pepper jelly, or pickle-grill-eat them raw, our market vendors have a variety of fresh-picked peppers for you. Ask the growers about pepper types and recipes. They do love to talk about the food they grow.

This week the FBC downtown will be collecting your food donations for the Journey Home. Their last visit was a big success and you all were generous in buying extra food to donate.

Calling all artists: The Boro Art Crawl will have a table set up this Saturday to promote the August 30 Art Crawl around the square.

See you on the square Saturday from 8-noon.
