Saturday Market Vendors keep the goods coming downtown throughout the winter months thanks to The Hamery!

While we are counting down for Christmas and thinking about wrapping up 2023, our market vendors are busy planning for 2024, and we are thinking ahead to what products we want to offer at the Saturday Market when it opens in May. We get many requests from area growers and makers about becoming a vendor at the market. In early February, we will post any openings we have for 2024. For now, follow us on Facebook for news about vendors and where you can buy their products in the off-season. Take a look at the fresh produce from this past Saturday at the Winter Market in front of The Hamery at 411 W. Lytle Street. Our farmers are still bringing in cool weather greens (lettuces and kale), turnips, mushrooms, kohlrabi, broccoli, tomatillos, cauliflower, and herbs. There were even fresh cherry tomatoes. And, there is always locally raised beef, chicken, eggs, beans, fresh mushrooms and more. You can have fresh, locally grown produce in December. This week Belle Fleur Farm , Canna Pham Farm, Spring Meadow Farm, the MTSU Small Farm, HPA Farm, TN Beanman, and Molly’s Sweet Shop will be selling from 8-11 Saturday morning.
