Main Street Murfreesboro will host their 37th annual celebration on February 21, presenting the downtown awards to honorees.

The 37th annual celebration of Main Street Murfreesboro in the historic downtown is open to all who love the downtown and support our small businesses.  The Main Street Downtown Design Awards will be presented to E. Allen H.Q. and KDGi Architects for their revitalization of a downtown building.  The Business of the Year award will be presented to Quinn's Mercantile for owner, Tracy Toy's, community focus through her small business and the impact she has had on the downtown.  Business Partner of the Year Award is being given for the first time to Pinnacle Financial Partners for their support over the years to not only the Main Street organization but to the historic downtown.  Lastly, the Doug Young Leadership Award will be presented to an outstanding community leader.  Winner will be announced at the celebration.  

Main Street Murfreesboro thanks sponsoring organization Volunteer State Bank for supporting the annual celebration and downtown awards.

All are invited to this after hours social to enjoy appetizers from The Alley and spirits from Julie's Bartending.  

The event, held from 4:30PM-6:00PM, will be at The Walnut House located at 116 N. Walnut Street.

Main Street Murfreesboro has a history of honoring business owners downtown who give back to the community through service, support, and revitalization of their historic buildings.  The awards ceremony is a way for Main Street to honor those who choose to invest and work in the heart of our community.
