Main Street is kicking off June with its first free concert of the season, and the Saturday Market is bringing on summer. We believe these two events are a good reminder of so much Murfreesboro has to offer. Come to the concert on Friday night and visit the market on Saturday.

Music has a powerful way of bringing people together. It helps us share stories, express emotions, and better understand one another. Across generations and cultures, songs have carried memories, traditions, celebrations, and hope.Music also has a way of making ordinary moments feel meaningful. It can make a long drive feel hours shorter, a gathering with friends feel closer, or even turn a quiet ritual at home into something special. More than anything, music reminds us that we are not alone. It gives us a common language to speak that needs no translator greater than the heart. In a busy and often disconnected world, it is important that we continue to show up for one another. We all have a part to play in our community. When we listen, participate, encourage, and share our own voices, we join the choir and create a sound that is lovely when harmonized together.

The Murfreesboro Saturday Market is one of five Tennessee farmers markets on the new Tennessee Farmers Market Trail, that launched May 16. The trail highlights five Middle Tennessee farmers' markets, each offering its own mix of fresh produce, handmade goods, and community charm. From seasonal fruits and vegetables to baked goods and artisan products, every stop along the trail is a chance to meet local farmers, support small businesses, and explore something new. Visit each location, check in, and collect a one-of-a-kind sticker as you go. Complete all five stops and earn a special Farmers Market Trail tote—plus, every QR code check-in at the market enters you to win a $200 farmers market gift card to the market of your choice. Check the poster at our information tent to scan the QR code and enter for the July gift card drawing.

The Murfreesboro Saturday Market is excited to be a part of this first step in creating a state-wide trail of farmers markets. The trail connects farmers markets and agritourism destinations across Tennessee, inviting visitors to explore local food, meet farmers, and experience the rich agricultural heritage of our state. Start Your June Loyalty Card

The June customer loyalty cards are ready for Saturday, June 6. No purchase required--just you coming to visit our market. Our vendors donate gift cards and merchandise for the six monthly drawings. The value of each month's drawing is from $60-$80 (or more). It's our way of saying thank you to our market customers. The May winner is picking up her gift cards on Saturday. See you on the square.

MTSU at the Saturday Market

Players and staff with the Blue Raiders Football program and the MTSU Women's Basketball program will be at the market this Saturday to meet market customers. Help us support these college athletes by stopping by their tents to say hello and welcome them to Murfreesboro. They are on the market map--and you can't miss them.
