Business Essentials for Food & Beverage is an intensive 12-week virtual accelerator developed by Proof to help restaurateurs and foodservice entrepreneurs build stable, growth-ready businesses. The program equips participants with practical tools and expert guidance across critical areas, including financial management, regulatory navigation, marketing strategy, human resources, operations, and long-term business planning.
Participants receive direct 1:1 consulting and coaching support.
Delivered through a statewide partnership between Proof, the Tennessee Department of Economic & Community Development (TNECD), and Tennessee Main Street, this initiative is designed to strengthen food and beverage businesses within Main Street communities.
Participants accepted into the program receive not only curriculum-based instruction, but also direct 1:1 consulting and coaching support from the entire Proof team at no cost. This hands-on technical assistance ensures entrepreneurs receive personalized, actionable guidance tailored to their specific business needs.
