It's Fair Time in Middle Tennessee
What's more fun than a Saturday Farmers Market? Well, it has to be the Wilson County State Fair in Lebanon from August 14-23. This year, take some time to get off the beaten path of rides and games and visit the displays and exhibits of local produce, honey, and flowers that are vying for blue ribbons. Look for the Pick TN Products exhibit, where you will find products from some of our own market vendors. There is something fun about looking at the rows of canned vegetables, bottles of local honey, and quilts on display. If you've never watched the livestock competitions, you've missed out. Visit us at the Saturday Market this week, but find some time to spend at the Wilson County Fair. Our own Sweet Girl Honey Farm is pictured here at the 2024 Fair, where they took home the Best of Show ribbon, and wins for extracted honey, wax, and two honey wines!
