Welcome to the 15th Season of the Saturday Market
The Murfreesboro Saturday Market celebrated opening day on May 3 with a total of 85 vendors, a growing lineup of community partners, and an expanded focus on supporting local agriculture and entrepreneurs.
We are open every Saturday from 8-noon, May through October, around the historic Rutherford County Courthouse downtown. The market offers a welcoming space for residents and visitors to buy local and support area farmers, artisans, and food producers.
This season we have 54 full-time and 31 part-time vendors offering a variety of products. There are 23 farm and specialty farm vendors, four meat producers, a trout farm, seven bakeries, 17 prepared food vendors, and 26 artisans and crafters. “More than just a market, this is a hub for community connection,” said Linda Weeks, Market Manager.
Throughout the season, local organizations such as the Friends of Linebaugh Library, Rutherford County Master Gardeners, the League of Women Voters, and MTSU Athletics will be at the market. We have local musicians perform each week and business sponsors whose investment highlights the positive impact the Murfreesboro Saturday Market has on downtown Murfreesboro and the broader community. The market is a celebration of what makes Murfreesboro special.
Get Your Free Passport Card at the Market
When you visit the Saturday Market, get your passport stamped. It's our chance to thank customers for fifteen years of support. Each month, we will draw one customer Passport Card for a gift basket from our vendors.
Pick up your card at the Main Street tent and get a weekly stamp. Three weeks of market stamps and you can enter the drawing.
