Saturday Market Newsletter May 11, 2024

Thanks to everyone who came downtown last Saturday, we had a record-breaking crowd on opening day. This week the weather promises to be even better and our vendors are ready for your shopping needs. Spring produce--asparagus, lettuces, chard, radishes, and strawberries are the seasonal crops again this week. Locally raised meats, fresh-baked bread, bagels, and desserts, breakfast foods and coffee are waiting for you. Music this week will be from local singer and guitar player, Kevin Wolf. Join us every Saturday from 8-noon through October and become part of our Saturday Market community. Make us your downtown destination for fresh, local, and wonderful. 

We have four new vendors to introduce this week to our market lineup. Backyard Tailz features speciality bird feeds, handmade feeders, and even bee houses. Bucksnort Trout Ranch is bringing fresh and smoked trout and smoked trout dip. Holly Springs Chairs and Swings will have hand-crafted furniture on display and for sale. Mandeveli Gardens is also coming to the market for the first time with bouquets of tea roses--just in time for Mother's Day. Stop by and welcome these new vendors to the Saturday Market.
