I was here for a photo shoot and it was a very sobering experience. I haven't read the history of the house yet, but I plan on it today. I'm from Natchez,MS so I grew up around plantations galore. Its still a surreal moment considering I couldn't stand here a free man about 170 years ago. I enjoyed my time here and I will be back for a tour soon.
