    Backyard Tailz crafts wild animal food with fresh nuts, seeds, and fruits.  They also handmake bird feeders and other accessories.

    We ship all over the country.  We supply Rutherford County and the surrounding areas with live mealworms from our mealworm farm.

    History

    Founded in 2024

    Savanah Kortright purchased Backyard Tailz from her neighbor after a decade of staying home with her children.  She has expanded the business from a basic e-commerce store to a thriving brand that is available in over 100 stores across the country.  After focusing on developing a relationship with her local community, she plans to open a brick and mortar in the fall of 2026.
