Let me start with the fact that this place had the best quality and the coolest pieces I’ve ever seen. Everything in that store was incredible. I don’t think I saw one thing that I would consider to be a waste of money. Anything you could buy in that store would be a great investment and not leave you with buyers regret. But the BEST thing in that store was the employee that helped us out. His name was Sachey. So if you’re ever in the area, and want to remember what it was like when customer service was something people used take pride in, go see Sachey at The Laboratory Smoke Shop in Murfreesboro TN. He literally went well passed any expectations for good customer service to make sure we left there completely happy. And because he went as far as he did, I will FOREVER be so grateful and so happy with my purchase. I saw something that I HAD TO HAVE. I couldn’t imagine my life without it the moment I saw it. Unfortunately there was a big obstacle in the way of me being able to leave the store that day with this thing. If I could wait a few days, the issue would not have been there, but I didn’t have a few days because I was in town visiting. I would be leaving the next day to go home. So this AMAZING person took the obstacle by the b@ll$ and made it his B!t**. The ending of the story was that I got to leave the store with this thing, and will have this thing forever because of Sachey. And I will be grateful for him every time I look at this thing. I contacted their facebook page and informed whoever responds to their messages of his heroism. The person let me know that Sachey is being promoted to the Store manager. Smart move on their part. You will have a lot of extremely happy customers and probably a lot more of these novel type reviews. And by the way, this is the first review In 35 years that I’ve ever left anyone. If that doesn’t say something about my experience I don’t know what will.
