It's too bad I need to downgrade this review from five stars to one. After experiencing an issue that prompted me to speak with a manager, I made multiple attempts to do so. Despite well-intentioned promises by their operators, it never happened. The trademark of a good company is its ability to communicate and respond to its customers when things go wrong. In my case, it's been 9 days since I was able to personally request a call with a manager (and I'm not counting the request made to their AI operator 2 days prior), and I have yet to receive one. Despite their well-intended and pleasant operators, their management team has been a complete failure.
