Hoffman Brothers is the best. We had Richard come out to our home to look at our broken oven and he was the consummate professional - friendly, warm, accommodating, THOROUGH, and thoughtful. He gave us plenty of options for both repair and replacement and walked us through the rationale for all his decisions. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable at any point - even while I was trying to wrangle my 2 and 3 year old at the same time - and it was clear he knew what he was doing.
