Bryan the Electrician arrived on time and was friendly and competent. Very respectful of my home- wearing shoe covers and careful not to scratch wall when climbing stairs with a ladder. Explained benefits of service plan and answered all my questions as well as cleaned up installation sites before leaving. A+
