We are so pleased with using Hoffman Brothers for our washing machine issue. Gaylon Kelley did a great job of explaining the problems and provided us with solutions. Gaylon is personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. I really liked how they kept in touch with text messages to keep us updated on the appointment and arrival time. Once again, Gaylon came out to install our new washing machine and did an excellent job! He demonstrated its use and so happy with our service from Hoffman Brothers. Highly recommend! More reviews for Hoffman Brothers and this time more 5 stars for Will Gower who inspected our HVAC system. He explained everything he did, he's knowledgeable and friendly. Another review for Jacob Sundstrom who made repairs for some electrical issues. I give 5 starts to him to for giving clear explanations and recommending what needed to be done. He is also very friendly as all of Hoffman Brothers technicians have been.
