We had an exterior faucet pipe burst over the winter but it was only discovered when Hoffman Brothers came to perform maintenance on our HVAC system. When they washed the HVAC unit outside, the inside flooded with water across three rooms. They helped clean up all the water with towels and my shop vac. They called and scheduled one of their plumbers for the next morning. Then they finished servicing the HVAC upstairs. The plumber, Chance, showed up bright and early right within the time frame scheduled, and measured the distance to the exterior faucet to identify where it was located in the walls. He found an inconspicuous place to put a service panel in the bathroom closet, removed the burst pipe, and replaced it, tested for leaks, and sealed the exterior faucet hole with silicone. He cleaned up all the dust from making the hole for the service panel, and put my fridge back (where he thought he would initially put the panel. Everyone from this company has gone above and beyond and been extremely helpful and professional. We even had some electrical work outside a few months ago to install some security cameras, and everything has been great with that as well. I love that they cover a range of home services in house so I don’t have to go through multiple companies. Thanks everyone for the great work.
