I recently called Hoffman Brothers for help with an electrical issue, and they sent out Bryan. He was fantastic—extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He made sure to cover his shoes before entering the house, which I really appreciated. Bryan quickly identified and fixed the problem, and he also took the time to answer several unrelated electrical questions I had. He offered helpful guidance and even gave me the names of products they use, encouraging me to do some research before making any decisions. It was refreshing to deal with someone who wasn’t pushing me to buy something I didn’t actually need. Bryan also let me know that Hoffman Brothers handles plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
