My experience with Hoffman Brothers , and specifically with Taylor Owen was excellent. Taylor answered all my questions , was patient and kind , and was very knowledgeable with the mini split system I ended up buying. It is primarily because of Taylor that I went ahead with this purchase and I was given a very fair price. Today Mason came to diagnose my main hvac units. Mason was very knowledgeable and offered several options for me. He was very good Today Taylor helped me pick out a new hvac system. He eas amazing and answered my every question. It was seamless and and a good experience Today I had a new American Standard hvac unit put in , 2 four ton units. Neyland , William , Ethan , Matthew , Thomas Owen , and Barsan were amazing installing the units. I specifically requested Neyland to do the install as he put in a Mitsubishi mini split in my bedroom a few weeks ago and did that perfectly. Very knowledgeable , answered every question , and has an attention to detail and doing the job right. Actually , Hoffman Brothers , because of the people they hire and train , are why I would go nowhere else for any home repairs or installations
