Very friendly, very thorough, helpful, explained everything well and made suggestions, gave itemized list, average prices and it all goes under my account so I can refer to later when I’m ready to take the next step, or buy the next thing, etc etc. Very organized, shoe covers on and off was respectful. I definitely would recommend this guy and this company. We are part of the platinum customer package that comes with perks. Well worth that as well.
