Josh was personable and professional. He gave us a series of options for dealing with a bathtub drain repair and a leaky kitchen sink and let us choose based on our circumstances. He found a leak in our crawlspace that had eluded the inspection of a plumber from a different firm. Brian gave a complete rundown on the current state of our HVAC system, including anticipated future maintenance expenses. He provided three options for addressing those likely costs and said they could be revisited during the company's next checkup. He was very professional. On his second visit, we reviewed his earlier observations and whether the maintenance issues had worsened. He spent considerable time cleaning and testing the unit. Extremely thorough. Ken was a breath of fresh air: very knowledgeable, opinionated in a good way, not afraid of sharing his expertise with the customer. Answered all of our questions well to our satisfaction. Brandon was very thorough in his maintenance check on the heating system. He reviewed the age and condition of the system and gave a realistic projection on its useful life going forward.
