Kevin completed today's work. He was cordial and professional. He took pictures, explained how he planned to fix the problem, and provided a service cost for my consideration. The cost was higher than I expected but I agreed because his plan would fix the problem. Kevin completed the work timely and as discussed. I much appreciated the patience and consideration.
