Brian H did an amazing job! Very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He explained everything to me in layman’s terms and offered me various resolutions and the risk/benefit of each. He was able to fix the emergency issue right away so that I could get cold air again to the house, and gave me a great roadmap for the remaining work to correct install issues left over from the original builder. I felt very confident in his service today and would highly recommend him to anyone. Hoffman brothers offers great financing options too which helps make the bigger ticket items more feasible.
