We found out this weekend after experiencing an outage with our heat, that our HVAC company Hoffman Brothers do not have a technician to cover weekends. So, with our heat out for 72 hours you can only imagine how hot we were. Lucky, for them the weather was good and we had just come from vacationing in Hawaii. We were able to get the problem fixed easy today, and with the expertise of Mason as our technician who was awesome. We are still deciding if we are going to stay with them due to not having weekend service technicians. What would you all do?
