Ten Stars! I have been a homeowner in Nashville for 12 years. I’ve had numerous encounters with HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians. No experience has come close to measuring up to Brandon and Dalton from HoffmannBrothers this morning. They arrived promptly at 7 AM. They were well dressed appropriately with smiling faces. Their thoroughness, cordiality, and expertise was above and beyond my wildest expectations . I’ve have major issues with my HVAC system for years; not appropriately repaired, The problem was quickly diagnosed. All treatment options were explained to me thoroughly. And a solution was negotiated.. Brandon and Dalton were at my residence for three hours making sure I was content, and comfortable with our ongoing plan for rectifying my problems. I found out recently that HoffmannBrothers has been in Nashville for about four years. They are a welcome addition to a marginal offering of services in BNA. They are my go to from now on. They have my highest recommendations. After the proper diagnosis was made, I decided to go forward with getting a new system installed. Project manager, Reece M came by within the hour. Reece was cordial, polite and mannerly. We sat down and discussed different options for a new system; including a total replacement of my two-stage air conditioner. Reece was very patient with my questions and educated me on all the technicalities of a replacement. We talked about financing, warranties and what was appropriate for the zone system in my home. I did not feel coerced or talked into anything I did not want to do. Ten Stars for Reece. He has my highest recommendation. This is the ongoing saga of my HVAC replacement. ThursdayJuly 25: Dalton and Brandon came by promptly and diagnosed my HVAC problems. Please see the review above. I gave them five stars. Shortly afterwards on that same day, Reece, the project manager showed up promptly. We discussed HVAC replacement options. I elected to go with American Standard air conditioner TWO stage system, the gold series. Reese was outstanding. Please see the above review. Friday July 26: Neyland, the installation technician reported exactly at 0800. He was neatly dressed, cordial , polite and put on shoe covers. I showed them around my property and he quickly assessed the situation. Over the next 10 hours Neyland and an assistant removed my old 20 year system and replaced it with the above mentioned American Standard HVAC system. They worked quietly and unobtrusively in my basement, enabling me to go about my daily work routine upstairs. He came upstairs on several occasions with concerns and comments. He keep me posted throughout the long day as to what was going on. He found some issues generated from a competitor HVAC company’s previous repair visit. These were quickly corrected. Neyland went over the equipment with me at the end, pointing out various idiosyncrasies of the new system. I could not be more pleased with his professionalism, his ability to keep me updated over the 10 hours that he was here and his cordial professional manner. He is highly recommended as is the entire team.
