Amazing experience! We awoke to non-working leaking (!!!) hvac units and a partial power outage in our basement. Since Hoffman provides both hvac and electrical services I called them and I am SO glad I did. I instantly got a very kind and helpfullady on the phone who scheduled us with technicians who arrived within an hour! We received a text message showing who was coming and they were all (Luke did HVAC and Brad and Cody provided electrical services) SO professional and courteous and helpful. They quickly found the problems and provided advice. We even signed up for their monthly service plan because we feel so confident in the value- it gives you free inspections and bi-annual hvac servicing, air filters, and discounts on all services and repairs. I highly recommend!
