Hoffmann representative was prompt to call ahead of appointment and inform when he would arrive at my home. I had set up an appointment with a second HVAC company, but after having Taylor, the project manager, go over my options, walk me through any issues with my current system and all the positive aspects of my system, I decided to have the installation done with Hoffman. At this point, I can only say that the client education, warranties, and the Hoffmann guarantees (besides those warranties/guarantees on the unit itself), make things a no-brainer. I can update this review once I have my unit installed and serviced throughout the year. Installation done today with project manager Jordan coming right at 6:00 AM, as scheduled. He walked me through what to expect regarding the installation and how long it would take. He was patient enough to take and answer all my concerns. I had expected to be without gas or electricity for the day, but all regarding my HVAC unit was turned off at the breaker box and a gas cut off from the unit. So, I had access to all my normal services. Following the installation, Jordan did a walk through of the unit in the attic and the condenser outside. My follow-up appointment under warranty was made and the unit appears to be running great and comfortably (efficient and quiet). I am still pleased with Hoffmann's services and would highly recommend to friends or relatives
