Kendell came out and maintained my heat unit for the winter we are all ready to go now. It's a new unit put in June of this year so if the heat pump keeps me as warm in the winter as the Ac did in the summer I will be beyond thrilled. Kendall also explained my thermostat to me again. So far very happy with Hoffman Brothers they also did plumbing for me this summer, which has worked great so far.
