I’m writing to thank Daniel, the Hoffmann Brothers Tech, for your excellent work in diagnosing and repairing (including a parts run); in short order on the Sump Pump and all around the pump, which had another plumbing company say it is all ok and then did an expense test, that was not necessary, took 3 weeks, and only took Daniel a few minutes to diagnose the problem. I was particularly impressed with your professionalism in explaining the nature of the issue to us. In terms that were understandable. This just increased my confidence that you were doing the right thing, which of course you were. The work was done with such efficiency and competence. I give this company my highest recommendation.
