I had a 6 hr. window. Hoffmann kept updating info about when I could expect the serviceman Rodney. That was very much appreciated as I work from home. Rodney was coming to look at my water heater. I knew it needed to be replaced because that naughty heater had sprung a leak. Rodney took time to explain all that was necessary in the replacing …and added some of the “You could….” It all made sense so I ordered “the whole meal, including dessert!” I am very pleased with the whole process and with Rodney who gets stars for patience!!
