Mason is the best! Super communicative, great at explaining issues and solutions, and shows a genuine compassion for his job and his customer. My power was out when he showed up and he literally stayed in the area until it came back on to make sure my unit got fixed. Definitely using Hoffman brothers and specifically mason for all my HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. needs!
