Our dryer ran but stopped heating. I suspected a thermal safety fuse had gone bad and I started to diagnose the problem. I quickly realized that it was beyond my capabilities. I called Hoffman Brothers at 4:00 p.m. and had a technician at my house at 7:00 a.m. the next morning. Gaylon did a great job of quickly diagnosing and fixing the issue (which actually was the heating element) and described what had caused the problem. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
