Communication from Hoffman regarding my appointment was great. I received messages from them regarding my appointment time, and messages and a phone call to notify me when the technician was on the way. Daniel, the technician, is worth 10 stars. He was professional, fast, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do and made sure I understood. He did not try to do anything that wasn't necessary or appropriate to the problem. I highly recommend.
