We recently signed up with Hoffmann for our annual HVAC service, so it made sense to try them first when our new gas tankless water heater went out on Saturday. Jake came to assess the issue on Monday and was able to troubleshoot pretty quickly; he contacted the manufacturer since it’s under parts warranty, got the parts ordered, and took the time to register the unit to us so the warranty would be in effect. The parts came in on Thursday and it looked like Hoffmann wouldn’t be able to come back until the following Monday, but they moved things around to ensure we wouldn’t have to go another weekend without hot water. Jake was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I am so grateful to have a reliable service company like Hoffmann on our side. Also REALLY grateful I can finally shower again!
