Bryan and Chance were very professional and easy to talk to. They listened to my concerns. They did a great job on the work with no mess to clean up. I also liked I didn't have to ask them to take their shoes off. They had shoe covers ready to put on. I didn't have a chance to price compare (Not because they didn't give me the option. I wanted the work done today.) so I don't know if I over paid or not, but Bryan showed me options I could select and he explained it well. If there was a negative to say, the lady I spoke to stated the person that would come would be stocked with different options for a shower head and if they didn't have something, they could get one I wanted delivered to the guys that came. My expectation was set high and when I only had 2 options, it was a little disappointing. This is not a fault of Bryan and Chance. I think the person taking the appointment needs to be very specific to the options available. She did say I could get one from Lowes or HomeDepot, but again I thought there would be more options available when the guys came. Again, not a ding to Bryan and Chance. They did a great job, was very helpful, professional, and worked quickly, but with quality.
