We've always grown our dry beans but in 2017, we were diagnosed Gluten Intolerant which changed our whole dietary life. We began researching and learning to grow more healthy foods on our farm and process them to maximize their benefit both Nutritionally and Medicinally. This led us to grow Oats, Corn, all of our Medicinal Ingredients and more varieties of Beans as well as our Mushrooms.
