Park & Play

Join us for Milestone Park & Play, a free community event designed to bring local families together for a fun and relaxed morning at the park.

Whether you're a current practice member, new to Milestone Family Chiropractic, or simply looking to connect with other families in Murfreesboro, we'd love to have you join us.

Kids can play, parents can connect, and everyone can enjoy a morning outdoors. We'll have refreshments available, and Dr. J will be there hanging out with families and getting to know members of our community.

This is the first of our recurring Park & Play events, which will take place twice each month as part of our mission to support healthy families and stronger community connections.
